Navigating the complexities of multigenerational families that own a business or other shared assets can be a huge ‘feat’, especially with modern day challenges. Working together, gaining new perspectives, and planning proactively can provide impactful change for lasting legacy.  

FEAT provides a snapshot of the current state of family dynamics and business enterprise and is used as a foundation for legacy planning. It is the first virtual research-based assessment, developed by Dennis T. Jaffe, PhD and Caroline Coleman Bailey.

It is designed to anonymously gather family stakeholder perceptions in a simple and safe environment, allowing every voice to be heard. Given global uncertainty and being geographically dispersed, connecting with family is more important than ever.
